Question 1Final MB ChB, every course

Finals are coming. The best next step is to:

Correct. That's what MedFinale is for.

Three clerkships, filed the way you revise

Medicine is sorted by system, Community Health by block and Surgery by specialty, so you can drill one system the night before a ward round, one course before its exam, or everything at once.

3 courses 43 systems, blocks and specialties

Everything between the wards and the exam hall

Practise with your group, find your weak systems, drill them with flashcards, and come back every day.

One link, and the whole group sits the same paper

Tick courses or systems, choose MCQ, true/false or mixed, and send the link on WhatsApp. Everyone gets the same questions in the same order, and you see the leaderboard.

  • Allow going back or not, show answers after each question or at the end
  • A time limit and negative marking when you want it to feel like the exam hall

Results that tell you what to revise

Your score for every system and block, weakest first, with every option explained. Your weak spots follow you to the dashboard with one tap to drill them.

  • Questions that came up in more than one sitting are marked
  • Report a question in two taps if something looks wrong

Flashcards that come back until you know them

Turn any course or system into a deck from the same checked questions. Tap Again and the card returns three cards later.

  • True/false questions become a card for each statement
  • Finish a round, then go over just the cards you missed

Daily rounds to keep you coming back

Answer 10 questions or flashcards a day to keep your streak. Miss a day and it starts again, but you have until 3 am to finish the day before.

  • Your week as an obs chart, one tick per day
  • See who in the class is on a run

Checked before it reaches you

Past questions are answered by AI, Gemini or Claude, but nothing goes into a session or a deck until an admin has checked it.

  1. 1

An admin adds the past questions

Compiled passco documents, papers as PDFs or Word files, or photos of each page.

  2. 2

Each question is filed and counted

Under its system, block or specialty. A question that came up in another sitting is spotted and counted, not added twice.

  3. 3

It's answered and every option explained

Why the right answer is right and why each of the others isn’t, with Ghanaian guidelines where management is asked.

  4. 4

An admin checks it before you see it

Only verified questions are used. If one still looks wrong, report it and the fix reaches everyone.

Put MedFinale on your home screen

No Play Store or App Store. It installs from your browser in a few taps and opens full screen, like any other app. Handy between ward rounds.

On a laptop, Chrome and Edge can install it too: click the install icon at the right of the address bar.

On Android, in Chrome

  1. Open www.medfinale.tejuolawoore.com in Chrome.

  2. Tap the menu button three dots at the top right.

  3. Tap Install app. If you see Add to home screen instead, tap that, then choose Install.

  4. Confirm with Install. MedFinale appears on your home screen and in your app list.

On Samsung Internet, tap the menu three lines, then Add page to, then Home screen.

On iPhone, in Safari

  1. Open www.medfinale.tejuolawoore.com in Safari.

  2. Tap three dots next to the address bar, then Share. On older iPhones, tap the Share button square with an arrow in the bar at the bottom.

  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.

  4. Leave Open as Web App on, then tap Add.

The first time you open MedFinale from your home screen, you may need to sign in again. Chrome on iPhone has the same Add to Home Screen option in its Share menu.

Questions

Do I need the Play Store or the App Store?

No. MedFinale installs from your browser. The steps are just above.

Who can join?

Anyone in University of Ghana Medical School in the final year. Create an account with your email address and a password.

Which courses does it cover?

The senior clerkships: MEDT 600 Senior Clerkship in Medicine, COMH 600 Senior Clerkship in Community Health, SURG 600 Senior Clerkship in Surgery. Surgery and other past questions are added as the class makes them available.

Where do the questions come from?

Past questions the class has compiled over the years (FP1, FP3, end-of-rotation exams, mocks and the JC and SC Community Health compilations), plus papers uploaded since. Questions recalled from memory can lose a detail, so each one is checked.

Where do the answers come from?

They are answered by AI (Gemini or Claude) with an explanation for every option, using the standard texts and the Ghana Standard Treatment Guidelines. An admin checks each question before it goes into sessions and flashcards.

What if an answer looks wrong?

Tap "Something wrong? Report it" under the question. The admins see every report, fix the question, and the fix reaches everyone.

How does the streak work?

Your daily round is 10 questions or flashcards. Days run on Ghana time, and you have until 3 am to finish the day before.

Does it work offline?

You need the internet to load questions and save answers. If your connection drops, the app says so and carries on when you're back.

Today’s round is waiting.

Make an account, tick a system, and start your streak before the next ward round.
